My own journey of personal development started before the age of 20, with a severe skin disease on my feet and what I didn’t consciously know at the time, it was a clear indication that I couldn’t stand in my environment any longer and go on as was at the time.

My first visit to a macrobiotic specialist, led me to become vegetarian and I remained as that until today and nothing stayed the same. It took me around 5 years to fully cure my skin disease and during that time I went back packing for 7 month, I studied Anatomy/physiology, Body work incl. Cranio Sacral Therapy and The Rosen Method. I read, studied women’s issues and went for several group ceremonies celebrating my own femininity as well as that of others.

5 years passed and an offer came my way from Bahrain to manage the Woman's health and recreation of one of Bahrain’s key hotels. I didn’t think twice, quit my high salary marketing job, sold my stuff and went to Bahrain for 70% less pay. I was fascinated working with women from a different cultures and this was the gateway to a new deepening of my life. Little did I know that this move in 1992 would be the stepping stone meeting my husband, who gave me a different perspective in life and opened the world to me.

Since then I have been studying and working in the field of holistic health, spirituality and personal development using many different modalities. I have a background and is certified in Physio Massage, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Reiki, Reflexology, Naturopathy (Heilpraktiker) ICF and ILM Life Coach, 3in1 Kinesiology and Family Constellation.

I am currently training as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and certifying as an Osho Therapist. My main focus in my work today is Family Constellation and Holistic Coaching, which is a journey into your soul - your core self. I have working and living experience in UK, Bahrain, Kenya, Egypt, Nigeria, Germany, Qatar and I am currently based in Dubai. I am married to Andreas and together we have 3 grown up children.

My work has always been of great importance to me and actually I am not calling it work, since what I do is my passion. I call it soul searching. However one of my greatest learnings in life was and is being a mother. I have loved every part of this journey and still feel humbled by all that life has given me. I am just a vessel for a higher guidance and truth. I go with the flow of life.
