A therapeutic approach that reveals hidden dynamics in your family system, bringing clarity, healing, and a deeper sense of belonging.

Unravel What Lives
Beneath the Surface
Often, the challenges we face in life are not entirely our own, they may be rooted in inherited stories, hidden loyalties, or unspoken grief carried through generations.
Through this work, we bring these unseen patterns into the light — not to fix or label, but to honor what has been and to create space for healing, clarity, and new possibilities.

What Happens in a Session?
In a 1:1 constellation, your personal story becomes the starting point. Using representatives such as objects, floor markers, or guided imagery, we give shape to the hidden dynamics in your family system or life situation. As the constellation unfolds, connections and entanglements become visible, often revealing what has been unspoken or carried across generations.
This process bring light to what was hidden, creating space for healing movements, fresh perspectives, and a deeper sense of inner alignment. The session is held in a safe, respectful, and grounded container. Available in person or online.

Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Systemic and Family Constellation?
Family Constellation is a facilitated process that reveals hidden dynamics within a family system. It helps bring awareness and resolution to patterns that may be unconsciously carried across generations.
Just as the human body holds an innate ability to heal itself, so too does the family system. In the same way old injuries can leave lasting imprints on the body, unresolved events from the past — even those that occurred long before we were born — can echo through generations, showing up as challenges with health, emotions, relationships, or money. These inherited burdens are often called entanglements.
Through Family Constellations, these patterns are brought to light and gently released. In a single moment of insight, a new life course can be set in motion. The results can be profound and life-changing, opening the way to greater health, connection, and fulfillment.

How is this different from traditional therapy?
Family Constellations are experiential rather than analytical. They focus on systemic relationships and inherited patterns, rather than personal history alone. It’s less about talking, and more about seeing and feeling what needs to be acknowledged.

Do I need to bring my family with me?
No. A constellation does not require your family members to be physically present. The work unfolds through your own inner connection to them. Because the process works with the energy of the family system rather than with the people themselves, deep insights and shifts can happen even if no one else is in the room.

What are 'entanglements'?
Entanglements are unresolved family dynamics that are unconsciously passed down through generations. Just as the body can hold onto old wounds, families can carry hidden burdens that show up in our emotions, relationships, health, or finances. Constellations reveal these entanglements so they can be acknowledged and released.

How does a Family Constellation session work?
In a group workshop, participants stand in as representatives for members of the seeker’s family. Guided by the facilitator, the representatives reveal hidden dynamics through their posture, placement, and felt experiences. Even with little spoken, a deep knowing, sometimes called the morphogenic field emerges, offering new perspectives and healing movements.

What if my issue isn’t fully resolved in one session?
Even if a constellation doesn’t bring complete resolution, most people experience new insights, a shift in perspective, or a sense of relief. The effects often continue to unfold in the weeks and months after the session.

What is the 'morphogenic field'?
Bert Hellinger described the morphogenic field as a field of knowing that connects us to our family system. In constellations, representatives often feel emotions and sensations that mirror the lived experience of the family members they stand for, without prior knowledge of the situation.
