Constellation

A collective experience that explores the hidden dynamics within families, communities, or themes, creating space for shared healing and deeper understanding.

The Power of a Shared Field

When we come together in a group, something larger becomes available. The presence of others allows us to see our own story reflected, and to witness healing movements that touch more than one life at a time.

In this work, the group serves as a living mirror. Each role, each voice, and each presence can reveal what has been waiting to be seen.

What Happens in a Session?

Group constellations unfold in a circle where one participant presents an issue, and others are invited to represent members of the family system or elements of the situation. Through placement, movement, and simple dialogue, hidden patterns and unspoken truths begin to surface. This process often reveals dynamics that were previously unseen, creating a deeper understanding not only for the seeker but also for everyone present. Whether you step in as a representative or witness as an observer, the experience can bring resonance, insight, and healing on many levels.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to share my full story in front of everyone?

Not at all. You only share what feels right for you. While we are working with an issue or challenge in your life at this moment, the constellation process often reveals what needs to be seen without you having to go into every detail. The focus is on the movement of the system, rather than on retelling your story.

What if I become emotional during the session?

It’s completely natural for strong feelings to arise. Emotions are welcomed as part of the healing process and will be held with care and respect. You will never be pushed beyond what feels safe for you, and the facilitator supports you in moving through the experience gently.

Do I have to participate actively, or can I just observe?

You are welcome to choose your level of involvement. Some people join as observers and still find the experience deeply meaningful. Others may be invited to step in as representatives, which can be a profound way to “stand in someone else’s shoes.” Both roles contribute to the collective field of healing.

How is this different from private sessions?

In a private constellation, the work happens one-on-one, often going more deeply into the family system. We may explore ancestral patterns in greater detail, using objects or visualization to represent family members.

In a group constellation, the focus is primarily on the issue you are currently facing. Other participants step in as representatives, allowing patterns to come alive in a more embodied and communal way.

Both approaches are powerful—the difference lies in whether you are drawn to the intimacy of a private session or the shared resonance of group work.

Is this therapy or a spiritual practice?

Family Constellations is not therapy in the traditional sense, nor is it tied to a specific spiritual path. It is a systemic approach to healing that acknowledges the unseen bonds and dynamics within families. While the work can feel deeply therapeutic and often profoundly spiritual, it remains an experiential method open to all, regardless of background or belief.
